Installation & Warranty Policy
The installation of all products we will facilitated by the brand authorized service centre in your region.
Upon successful delivery of the product to your address, brand installation team will contact you and a trained engineer will be sent for installation. This usually takes up to 24 hours in metro cities & 2-3 in tier II & tier III cities. All rural installation calls might take up to 7 days for completion. Installation charges of any product purchased from us are not included in the price of the product unless mentioned clearly on the product page. These installation charges are as per manufacturer guidelines and are to be paid directly to the authorized service center at the time of installation. We advice our customers to request for a formal quote from the authorized service center before commencement of installation, if the installation is not free. Please be advised that we are not liable for any claims arising out of products that have not been installed by the brand authorized service center.
All products purchased from our website come with standard brand warranty, the terms and conditions of which are serviced as the manufacturer's policy. We request the customers to refer to the website of respective brands for warranty policies.
